The only kosher B.A. in the world
Our 2010 Beeren Auslese (Selected Berry) Scheurebe is a real great sweet wine! As a typical 2010 vintage, it has a very fruity character and fine balanced acidity. As a Selected Berry wine, the aromes are even more concentrated.
Wine Enthusiast (Nov. 2014): „There’s an intriguing edge of spice to this blossom and apricot-scented BA, as befits the heady aromatics of the Scheurebe grape. The palate is sweet but wonderfully countered by lemony freshness. Spicy and intriguing.“
Primary-fruit in the nose to: Acacia-flowers and apricots; on the palate balanced and full bodied in combination with a fine-structured sweetness and acidity balance. This wine is very elegant and is a great choice as aperitif or digistiv but also a great match to fois-gras, fruits and desserts!
Praedikatswein, control No. L-N4120/11, sweet, Neusiedlersee, Product of Austria; kosher for Passover, mevushal, contains sulfites
