Burgenland’s traditional Red Wine – easy-going, uncomplicated and fine!
Different red fruits, sour-cherries and a touch of exotic. Good body, not too heavy but complex and long with a good balance in the finish. Good dryness, strong tannin and a fruity arome to cassis and cherries. On the palate ripe fruits in balance with fruity components. Great with spicy cheese, also Mediterranean fish, spicy pasta or dark meat or game.
Histamine: “not detectable” <0.1 mg/l (tested by: Federal Dept. for Wine, A-7000 Eisenstadt)
(Histamine seems to be the main reason for people with an intolerance, to cause headache or get erythema – therefore a “not detectable” value should allow them the consumption.)
