Elegant und fine with an exotic Touch!
A very flowery Sauvignon Blanc with typical nose to green apples and stinging nettles but also ripe fruits on the palate (mango, apricots). Elegant structure and a dry finish with a good acidity on the palate.
Histamine: “not detectable” <0.1 mg/l (tested by: Federal Dept. for Wine, A-7000 Eisenstadt)
(Histamine seems to be the main reason for people with an intolerance, to cause headache or get erythema – therefore a “not detectable” value should allow them the consumption.)
