Pure grapes – nothing else! (free of Histamine!)
These organic grape juice was made from Austria’s main red wine variety, the Zweigelt grape.
100 % fresh grapes, pressed and pasteurized on day of harvest. Don’t compare to industrial-made juices, limo or juice-drinks!
100 % pure juice, by law, mustn’t contain any addition of color, sugar, water, arome, sulfites or preservatives! The main difference is the natural taste of our juices! Grapes and nothing else!
“Unfiltered” also means, that there is some pulp. We suggest to mix it equally by turning the bottle for a while (pls don’t shake it too much)
Grapes used are in the same level as for quality-wine production!
Cherries and sour-cherries as well as other red-fruites on the palate. Nicely balanced acidity and a fruity finish!
HINT: You might mix this juice 1:1 with sparkling water and you get a healty, refreshing drink with the best price/value!
Histamine: “not detectable” <0.1 mg/l (tested by: Federal Dept. for Wine, A-7000 Eisenstadt) (Histamine seems to be the main reason for people with an intolerance, to cause headache or get erythema – therefore a “not detectable” value should allow them the consumption.)
