dry and only 1 g/l residual sugar. Our 2021 Kashmir is again powered by 50 % Cabernet Sauvignon to have a great structure and profile of a great wine! But the 30 % Blaufraenkisch make it very special and unique with a great fruit and character. Last but not least the special varietals Roesler und Rathay (10 % each) crown our flagship red! Compact and full-bodied, with length! A great wine, with potential to be layed down as well.
